NGON began with a love for Vietnamese food and a desire to share the flavors of home with Poznań. Behind NGON are people who grew up around family meals, where a bowl of hot pho, a crispy banh mi, or a plate of golden spring rolls meant comfort, connection, and care.

We opened NGON with a simple belief: great food doesn’t need to be complicated—it needs to be honest and full of heart. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques, preserving the essence of Vietnamese cuisine while remaining approachable for our local guests.
